Julian and their team have been an absolute pleasure to instruct on the purchase of our first home. We have had two surveys carried out by Julian both a Level 3 and a Level 2. We withdrew from the first property given the extensive list of repairs needed we didn’t want such a burden for our first home. We found a second home and instructed Julian again and they carried out a level 2 survey as recommended based on the property and you could not tell the difference their level 2 report is just as detailed and informative as a level 3, they put it all to such a high standard. Julian called the same day on both surveys and we were pleased to have had the same surveyor carry out the survey as they were able to compare both properties side by side and they were much more confident on the second property which has reassured us as first time buyers. Julian absolutely gave us first class service and went out of his way to ensure we had the survey report back prior to our second viewing of the new property despite them advising they will not be in work that day and most likely would be after our viewing. We wish to also extend our thanks and gratitude to the administration staff as they have always been quick to get back to our emails and so lovely to speak to both on email and phone and are very helpful.
